EKTA gives from 1 to 3 years warranty on all its products with lifetime out-of-warranty support.

Also the company’s clients have the possibility to receive the most current versions of EKTA’s display control software.

There are several out-of-warranty service packages available. There is also the option, with a remote automatic LED installations monitoring system, to enable the EKTA staff to support equipment operation quite efficiently without the customer’s attention.
